Former Flynn Park sold en bloc for S$371m to Hoi Hup-Sunway joint venture

Terra Hill was formerly Flynn Park located in Pasir Panjang. It was sold for S$371 million an alliance between Hoi Hup Realty as well as Sunway Developments on 10 Sept 2021.
